Stand or hand mixer, measuring cups, and measuring spoons
Ingredients
2 1/2cupsflourplus a few tablespoons extra for kneading
1/4cupsButterRoom temperature.
1cupMilk
1TbspBaking Powder
1/2tspSalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine ingredients into stand mixers mixing bowl.
Using a dough hook attachment, turn the mixer on at a low speed, until ingredients are mixing.
Once dry and wet ingredients are mixing, increase mixing speed by one setting. Continue mixing until dough pulls away from the mixing bowl.
Remove dough from mixing bowl and sprinkle extra flour over work surface and hand knead for (1) one minute.
Using a rolling pin roll the dough to size and shape of your pizza pan. You can also use just your hands and push the dough into the size and shape of your pizza pan.
Notes
Pizza dough can be stored in your refrigerator. But, allow to come to room temperature for rolling it out.
