Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Once heated add oil, saute chopped onion, then transfer to small bowl and reserve.
In a large bowl combine ground chuck, beaten egg, bread crumbs, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic salt, dry mustard, oregano and worcestershire sauce. Then form into 6 patties
Place patties into your large frying pan and cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes on each side and until browned. Once cooked drain fat and return to burner/heat.
Top patties with sauteed onions then pour gravy over the top patties and onions. Cover with a lid. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
